   Failing sidewalks, driveways, walls and floors can in most cases be repaired with the proper diagnosis; avoiding the high cost of removal and replacement.  The Key is in understanding the cause of the concrete failure and utilizing modern advances in materials and tools to affect permanent repairs.

   With our engineering partners and material testers, we can in most cases develop the proper repair protocols. The most common causes for conrete to fail are situations where the rebar is rusting in the concrete (as a result of chloride ion migration), sulfate attack carbonation, or overstress as a result of overloading and or lack of support. 

   If the economics of a particular situation dictate such, we are prepared to remove and replace a section of sidewalk, driveway, wall or floor as needed.
